2.14 There are some minor changes in the cloning and cybernetics chapter pertaining medicine skill and cybernetics skill use. From now on installing cybernetic implants will be governed by medicine skill and the cybernetics skill will be used for upgrading and maintenance of cybernetic implants. I've added the back of the character sheet. Some small additions to the "Skills" chapter. Table of Contents is updated and hyperlinked now.
